2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer.

Final pricing may vary if:

  • The property size or condition differs from what was stated

  • Additional cleaning tasks are required

  • The property is in a heavier-than-expected condition

If additional work is required, extra charges may apply and will be communicated where possible before proceeding.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once a time is selected and received through our booking system.

Customers must ensure:

  • Accurate property details are provided

  • Access to the property is available at the scheduled time

  • Water and electricity are available

Failure to provide access may result in cancellation or a call-out fee.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

If access is not provided at the time of service, a call-out fee may apply.

5. Property Condition

End-of-lease cleaning assumes the property is in a reasonable condition for cleaning.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excessive dirt or grime

  • Mold or heavy staining

  • Hazardous or unsafe conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe environments.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we aim to achieve high-quality results, some stains, wear, or damage may not be fully removable due to age or condition of surfaces.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bond & Gone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
